Job Description:
- Achieve Hire Purchase sales targets and cross-selling targets.
- Source and develop a new car dealer base to ensure effective penetration of businesses.
- Maintain continuous good business rapport with car dealers and customers.
- Regularly review market strategy and action plan in order to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to perform further verification and mitigate risk.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in auto-finance sales from the banking industry preferably.
- Good communication skills in English and BM.
- Willing to work during weekends and Public Holiday.
- Currently not bonded to any banks.
- Able to accept a 3-year bond with the hiring bank.
- Has a clear CTOS/CCRIS record.
