- Answer inbound calls to support customers’ inquiries in regard to Singapore’s products & services.
- No sales are required.
- Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an inbound contact center.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Scored a minimum B for English and Maths in SPM.
- Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
