Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls to support customers’ inquiries in regard to Singapore’s products & services.
  • No sales are required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an inbound contact center.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Scored a minimum B for English and Maths in SPM.
  • Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
