Job Description:
- Professionally and accurately handling customer’s inquiries and requests about telco fiber issues by applying good knowledge of modern tools, policies, and processes
- Responsible for keeping abreast of the company’s products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification SPM, good fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Experienced in handling basic technical / troubleshooting on Fibre related calls
- Mandarin-speaking candidates will be great hiring too
