Customer Care Consultant – Network

Job Description:

  • Professionally and accurately handling customer’s inquiries and requests about telco fiber issues by applying good knowledge of modern tools, policies, and processes
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of the company’s products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification SPM, good fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
  • 3 years related-working experience in handling network-related issues in the contact centre environment
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates will be great hiring too
