Customer Care Representative – AU/NZ

Job Description:

  • Handle incoming calls from Australian/New Zealand customers (Training will be provided)

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (passed)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the service industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work on graveyard shifts (Eg: 4AM-1PM / 5AM-2PM)
  • Possess own transportation
  • Pleasant personality and positive working attitude
