Job Description:
- Handle incoming quotation requests and follow up with customers to close the deals
- Cold calling to target new accounts and explore business opportunities to achieve sales target
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and quotation in a timely manner
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Handle sales inquiries for IT products
- Update re-seller of current IT products promotion
- Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to resellers on a timely basis
- Provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc
- Handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements
- Prepare quotation to re-sellers
- Work and communicate closely with the sales & product team on a daily basis on sales activity and progress
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries
- Handle inside sales activities for IT hardware sales
- Responsible for payment follow-up, sales forecast, and building pipeline
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field with a minimum of 1-3 years inside sales working experience preferably in the IT industry
- The ability to converse in the below-stated languages will be required due to liaison with counterparts from the respective country:
- HK/TW: English & Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien)
