Position Title: Inside Sales Account Manager (HK/TW)
Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 9,000
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
Work Location: Petaling Jaya
Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract (renewable based on performance)

- Establish and maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers to build a continuous pipeline.
- Generate new and repeat sales by determining/ providing customer requirements and expectations in the product information.
- Upselling, cross-selling, and solution selling.
- Handle incoming quotation requests and follow up with customers to close the deals.
- Cold calling to target new accounts and explore business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
- Provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc.
- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Inside Sales / Sales Specialist or similar role, preferably in IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Team player, multi-tasking abilities, and sales-driven.
- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated with 1 booster for Covid19.
