Job Description:
- To manage and assist in the implementation of software and hardware requirements for end users;
- Assist in project coordination in relation to new migration.
- Protect and safeguard the company’s information technology hardware
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
- Supporting rollout of new applications;
- Responding within agreed time limits;
- Prioritise and manage open cases within a reasonable time frame;
- Testing and evaluating new technology;
- Conducts safety checks on computer equipment;
- Ensure compliance and control functions are performed in a timely and structured manner;
- Tracks IT supply inventory purchases/relocation;
- Assist in the preparation of the IT department’s budget and expenses;
- Any other duties deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in developing and managing content in SharePoint preferably from a Banking Contact Centre environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Required Technical Skills: Share Point System – Admin.
