Job Description:
- To control raw materials across the site and within the supply chain to suit the production plan with no lost time due to lack of materials and ensure the logistic department runs smoothly.
- Monitor orders received and allocate the appropriate materials.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and indirect in line with customers’ requirements. Ensure smooth running of the logistic department.
- Maintain effective, efficient, and accurate records through the Radius system.
- Maintain efficient records of Purchase Orders and assist Group Purchasing where necessary
- Coordinate month-end activities and ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate reports and statistics are available and circulated
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in handling logistics, stock control & raw materials from the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Must be computer literate.
