Job Description:
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell during support/service conversations
- Subject Matter Expert for Unifi Consumer, Save & Retention
- Going to the customer both in-store and outside
- Stay current with Unifi’s ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Be up to date on competitor offerings, and generate insights, trends, and market intelligence.
- To proactively engage & educate customers by showcasing smart technology and solutions.
- To recommend and advise customers on the best product selection to meet customers needs
- To engage in active interaction with customers on devices and technologies
- To proactively guide virtual/ digital/kiosk information about technology/devices
- To teach customers about and how to leverage technology for home & business
- To educate and inspire customers to explore, experience, and adopt more technology offerings to enhance their lives.
- Growth hacking – to explore workarounds and innovative ways to improve day-to-day sales.
Requirements:
- SPM with 3 years of experience and above.
- A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other dialects and languages are a plus.
- Interested/Experienced in managing digital gadgets/telco-related & smart appliances/products
- Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field
