Job Description:
- Build and manage relationships with SME customers to drive business growth, and sustainability, ensuring customers’ satisfaction and maximization of sales
- Manage sales process including negotiations, finalizing proposals/contracts, closing, and signing of contracts with customers
- Continuously strengthen the micro-SME segment through the strategic and tactical plan by offering end-to-end solutions
- Perform visits to customers both in-store and outside
- Proactively engage & educate customers by showcasing smart technology and solutions.
- Conduct a series of mini-seminars/workshops/talks by educating and inspiring customers to explore, experience, and adopt more technology offerings to enhance their lives
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or any equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in Retail/Telco is required.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written & spoken.
- Experienced in managing digital gadgets/telco-related & smart appliances/products
- MUST be willing to work under retail working hours and on public holidays.
- MUST be fully vaccinated.
