Job Description:
- Supports delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks as assigned and delegated by managers
- Selling Effectiveness:
- Consistently execute the selling model
- Meet selling goals/expectations during scheduled shifts
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement and conversion
- Telling The Brand Story:
- Ensure implementation of company selling strategies
- Execute visual standards in partner’s stores (where applicable)
- Portray as the company’s rep with clean grooming and a clean uniform
- Operational Excellence:
- Abide by policies and procedures as directed
- Participating in roadshows
- Go store to store to assist and show potential
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM (passed)
- Demonstrated sales result
- Ability to effectively communicate, and foster a customer-focused selling culture
- Able to provide effective, in-the-moment coaching to partner’s crew or other associates
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing, and peak shifts
