Job Description:
- To make outbound calls to existing, new and potential customers in order to understand their concerns and promote the right services
- To make outbound calls for marketing campaigns and any ad-hoc campaigns as well
- To keep records of calls and useful information in the system
- To assist potential customers to do account registration
- To do lead sourcing
- To meet goals set daily, monthly, and quarterly
Requirements:
- Requirements: Prefer those who have proven experience as a cold caller/ telemarketer/ related field for at least one year; dealt with Singapore/Malaysia customers before
- Language: English (at least intermediate and above for speaking, reading, and writing), Mandarin is a value-added point.
- Education: Must possess at least a recognized Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Personality: Goal-driven, results-oriented, good communication skills, self-discipline, and fast-learning
